1. Who We Are — A Referral and Matching Service
Salinas Concrete Works is an independent referral and matching service. We connect homeowners with licensed, independent concrete contractors in the Salinas / Monterey County area. We do not perform concrete work ourselves, and we are not a licensed contractor.
We are not a party to any contract you enter into with a contractor. We do not supervise, guarantee, warrant, or take responsibility for the work performed by any contractor we match you with. Any dispute regarding workmanship, pricing, scheduling, or any other aspect of a concrete project is between you and the contractor you hire.
2. No Unverified Claims
We work with contractors who report being licensed and insured. We recommend — and make easy — independently verifying any contractor's license before hiring, using our CSLB verification guide. See also California's home-improvement contract rules, including the deposit cap described on that page.
3. Consent to Contact & SMS Program
By submitting your information through our contact form, you consent to be contacted by Salinas Concrete Works and the specific independent contractor(s) we match you with, by phone, text message, and/or email, at the number and address you provide, regarding your project request. This consent names the receiving businesses at the point you submit your request; if your request is later matched to a contractor not named to you at submission, we will obtain fresh, contractor-specific consent before that contractor sends you any automated marketing message.
SMS Program: If you opt in to text messages, Salinas Concrete Works may send you messages related to your project request. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consenting to receive texts is never required to request a match. See our Privacy Policy for how SMS opt-in data is used and shared.
This consent framework reflects our internal trust and risk standard; it is not a representation that any specific federal consent rule currently requires this structure (the FCC's one-to-one consent rule was vacated by the Eleventh Circuit in January 2025 and later repealed). Prior-express-written-consent requirements under TCPA, the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, Do-Not-Call requirements, and applicable state mini-TCPA laws still apply and are unaffected by that repeal.
4. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request through this Site.
5. Call Recording
California is an all-party consent state for call recording (California Penal Code § 632). By calling the number on this site, you consent to your call being recorded for quality and training purposes. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
6. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
The Site and any matching service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cost, licensing, and permit information on this Site is general and current as of the date stated on each page; it is not a substitute for confirming current figures with the relevant city department, CSLB, or a licensed professional. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthenitcBrand, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this Site or any interaction with a matched contractor.

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by AuthenitcBrand, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
